Lente Tanghe started dancing at the age of nine. She was a very energetic and enthusiastic young kid, but she struggled a lot with making friends and needed something to let all her frustrations out. Dance was her escape from reality—something she could do without feeling judged or being laughed at. She became very passionate about dance and started making friends throughout the journey, friends who will be with her forever.

At dance competitions, she can feel worthless because of how she’s judged by the judges. They sometimes give her looks she can’t quite place or understand. The judges aren’t always the only ones giving those looks, but her friends remind her how much she’s worth. That helps her keep her head high and keep giving her all in every performance.

She relates to EZZ because she knows you shouldn’t care about what others think of you. Being yourself is the most important thing.
